Quality
Quality, stated honestly
We publish what is confirmed, discuss what is specifiable, and verify what depends on your destination. No invented lab numbers on this page: the specification for your order is the document that counts.
Tier 1
Confirmed product facts
These hold for every order and are the foundation the rest is built on.
Material. Chips cut from coconut husk.
Origin. Indonesia.
Formats. Compressed block at a nominal 5 kg, and loose chips.
Grades. Small 4–8 mm, medium 4–12 mm, large 4–16 mm.
Supplier. Coco Chips Indonesia, operated by PT Agrorise Cakrawala Indonesia, a supplier and exporter working through one commercial contact.

Tier 2
Parameters available for discussion
These are the specification points serious buyers confirm before ordering. Bring your requirements, and we respond with what can be supplied for your order rather than publishing blanket numbers that may not apply.
Particle-size range
Screened grades of 4–8, 4–12, or 4–16 mm; tolerances and distribution discussed against your requirement.
Dust and fiber share
The proportion of fines and loose fiber acceptable in your process or retail product.
Moisture
Moisture content at packing and loading, matched to how you store and use the material.
EC (electrical conductivity)
Salinity requirements for sensitive horticultural programs.
pH
Verification against the window your growing program specifies.
Cleanliness & foreign matter
Limits on sand, stones, and non-coco material.
Washing requirement
Whether the order requires washed material, and to what target.
Buffering requirement
Calcium-based buffering for programs that require it.
Compression & packing
Block format or loose; bag types; unit weights.
Labeling
Product and pallet labeling to your market's needs.
Palletization
Pallet specification, strapping, and wrapping for your route.
Phytosanitary & destination rules
Documentation and treatment requirements verified per destination country, per order.
Tier 3
Destination-specific requirements
Import rules for growing media and plant-fiber products differ by country and change over time. Phytosanitary documentation, treatment standards, and labeling rules are verified per order against your destination. Tell us where the container is going and we will confirm what applies.
We deliberately avoid publishing a list of “accepted countries” or blanket compliance claims. What matters is whether your shipment, to your port, with your documentation, clears, and that is checked case by case.
How specification works with us
- You send the requirement: grade, format, parameters that matter to your process, quantity, destination.
- We confirm the specification we can supply against it, with the packing configuration, MOQ, and quotation.
- The agreed specification becomes the reference for the order and for repeat supply.
If a parameter is critical to you and we cannot confirm it, we say so before you commit. That is what keeps repeat business worth having. See also the importer’s guide and the supply process.

Send us your required specification
Particle size, moisture, EC, washing, packing: put your requirements in front of us and we will confirm what can be supplied, with the quotation to match.
