Structure and character
- Cut from coconut husk into a nominal 4–8 mm particle range
- Smaller cubes pack more closely than coarser grades, producing a denser structure with finer pore spaces
- Distributes evenly when blended with cocopeat or other substrate fractions
- Retains the fibrous, slowly degrading character of coconut husk

Considerations before you specify
- A finer chip range drains more slowly and holds moisture more evenly than coarse grades, which is useful in some recipes and excessive in others.
- Small chips are not automatically suitable for seed germination or every seedling application; trial the blend for your crop and irrigation setup.
- The right proportion of small chips in a mix depends on the other fractions used, so confirm your target structure before ordering.
